- TAKE YOUR MARK -
RULE #1
Be Kind.
We at the stingrays believe that anyone can swim but we want more than just swimmers. We expect kindness and respect among all the teammates. We believe that this fosters an environment of inclusion and kindness and encouragement which will lead to fast swimmers and good teammates for life.

Work Hard.
RULE #2
Hard work is incredibly important to our team and our coaches. Coach Mike always says, "Anyone can get good at swimming if they are willing to work hard at it. Doesn't matter if you are young or old, big or small, naturally athletic or not. If you are willing to get comfortable being uncomfortable, you can get good at swimming quickly."
RULE #3
Have Fun.
While we want to be our best, train hard, and try to win races, we are nothing if we don't enjoy what we are doing. Having fun and playing games helps swimmers learn to solve problems, develop social skills and life-long relationships, express creativity, and develop physical skills and flexibility. We want every child to walk away from practices and meets hungry for more and feeling valued. That's why we think that having fun is so important.
